Guidlines and instructions for submission and registration

Instructions

I. Submission 

1. Please create your personal account in the website. Please enter your e-mail address correctly. Confirmation of your submission will be sent to you by e-mail.

1. The short abstract submission is done via the online/automatic abstract submission system (Page: submit an abstract).

2. Abstract is limited to 700 words.

3. The abstract title has to be concise, and clear. A limit of 300 acceptable characters, including any HTML tag.

4. Please highlight in the text the context of the study, its focus and a summary of the main results to be presented.

5. Adding all the authors in the corresponding authors abstract submission system. Information of each author:

  • Last name (required)
  • First name (required)
  • E-mail address
  • Name of institution (required)
  • Name of department or division
  • Street address
  • City or town (required)
  • Zip or postal code
  • State or province
  • Country (required)
  • Phone number (required)

6. Its mandatory  to put the keywords and the address of the all authors in the abstract submission system. 

7. A confirmation page will also be displayed on your browser after your submission is completed.
