Please read carefully the registration guidelines as shown below.
Important Notice:

Due to the limited number of participants (Less than 90 pax), only one abstract will be considered in the conference only if the presenting author has registered for the conference before the early bird deadline, and submitted his/her abstract reference number during registration.

All the registered young phd students and post-doc will present their work.

Registration Fees (all fees in Euro, VAT included)

(1) Full conference package includes hotel room, Breakfast, lunch and Diner, welcome reception, coffee breaks and social activities (Banquet included).

    (2) Additional banquet tickets for Students and Accompanying person can be purchased at 70 €  per person.
All payments must be made in Euro at the exchange rate of the day of reception in our account after bank charges.

Conditions

 For YRD 2021: Cancellations before the new dates of YRD2021 will receive full refund minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge. Cancellations later than 16 June 2020 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by e-mail or fax. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable. In case of any further questions with regard to your congress registration please contact us. All payments must be made in Euro at the exchange rate of the day of reception in our account after bank charges.

 For the new dates, it is suggested to keep all the proposed abstracts and the registration process as it was initially planned. YRD2020 Participants who would not be available on the new YRD2021 dates, undertake to notify INSAVALOR by 20 May 2020 at the latest. Thus, participants who, before the date indicated above, indicated their unavailability may request a refund of their registration. It should be noted that INSAVALOR will keep on each reimbursement request the sum of 60 euros including tax corresponding to administrative and bank charges.
